Isabel Ros Ruiz (she/her)
Lead
Isabel is a seasoned HR professional from Spain with over 15 years of experience, including 8 years as an HR leader. She holds a Licentiate Degree in History from the Autonomous University of Madrid, a Master’s in Nordic Viking and Medieval Culture from the University of Oslo, and a Master’s in Human Resources Management from the University of Alcalá. Passionate about advocating for women’s, refugee, and LGBTQIA+ rights, she actively volunteers to support queer youth in her community.
Gonzalo Caro Sagüés (he/him)
Advisor
Gonzalo is a political scientist from Spain with extensive multidisciplinary experience. He has held leadership roles in both the public and nonprofit sectors. He has served as a team lead in the European Parliament and currently leads the Institutional Relations team at Hogar Sí, an NGO dedicated to combating homelessness. In addition to his work in advocacy, Gonzalo is also a professor at the Complutense University of Madrid, where he shares his expertise with the next generation of political scientists.
Gleb Nikonov (he/him)

Gleb, a Russian-Canadian with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo, has extensive experience as a product manager across various startups and scale-ups in Oslo. He is passionate about advocating for refugee rights, anti-racism, and LGBTQIA+ issues.
